This Project examines how social settings inform experiences of children and families within early childhood environments. It asks how educators can embrace different family structures, cultural identities, and community needs through inclusive pedagogies, respectful communication, and genuine partnerships. With reflection on the principles of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework, the project attempts to gather strategies and resources that will support educators in creating feelings of belonging, equity, and meaningful engagement in the community, thereby enhancing children's learning and wellbeing.
